Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities :

• Handle and verify staff expense claims, reimbursement and maintain accuracy of petty cash record
• Generate accounting documents (ie. Purchase order, E-invoice, payment voucher and etc)
• Assist financial reporting, including month-end closing, bank reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Support audit and tax processes to ensure full compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• To assist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
