Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full set of accounts, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger functions to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Process vendor payments and maintain up-to-date records in the accounting system to ensure accurate AP aging.
• Manage annual statutory audits and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and submissions for Malaysian entities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to support audit, tax, and regulatory matters.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial and management reports to facilitate business decision-making.
