Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating job orders and coordinating with Sales and Customers with regard to Customers' orders.
• Responsible for coordinating local sales fitting schedule ie with Warehouse and Operations divisions (internal) and Depots, Shipping lines / Forwarders, hauliers etc (external).
• Assist in export shipments including documentations and liasing with external parties ie agents, customers, vendors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, haulage etc.
• Attending appointment with customers physically for business opportunity and development.
• Coordinate with current customer daily.
• Follow up customer's monthly sales.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 & FSSC procedures
