Coordinate live collaborations with influencers, brand ambassadors, or product specialists.
Monitor live chat interactions and ensure a positive viewer experience.
Affiliate Marketing
Manage and track affiliate programs on TikTok Shop or other platforms linked to TikTok.
Collaborate with content creators and KOLs to promote products via affiliate links.
Analyze affiliate performance and optimize strategies for conversions and ROI.
TikTok Ads & Promotions
Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of TikTok paid advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
Monitor ad performance and provide regular reports and insights
Requirements
2-3+ years in TikTok / digital marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce & performance marketing.
Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop operations (product listing, live selling, promo management).
Proven track record of driving sales via TikTok (not just engagement metrics).
Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and conversion tracking.
Analytical mindset—ability to interpret sales data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Familiarity with Malaysian TikTok trends, buyer behavior, and local influencer partnerships.
