Overview

How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

As an Analyst, under EAP Payroll team, you will be responsible for payroll processing, validation, salary disbursement, posting to Finance, and statutory submission in accordance with the agreed service levels for payroll managed by GBSC. You will liaise with outsourced payroll vendors to validate payroll results, resolve payroll queries, and support process improvements within the department. You will also contribute to maintaining and updating job aids, SOPs, FAQs, and other reference materials, and assist with information or documentation required by internal / external auditors for periodic reviews.

HR Shared Service Transition

Support the setup activities of a GBS HR function, including :

• Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance with standardized processes and statutory regulations.
• Support the implementation of GBS HR supporting tools and technologies.
• Support key activities (e.g., training) for a successful transition to the GBSC.
