Job Summary
To support the Base Marketing team in managing Customer Value Management (CVM) campaigns. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including campaign execution, reporting, analysis and ad hoc requests. The position ensures that ongoing marketing activities remain undisrupted and that business continuity is maintained.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Execute and monitor postpaid CVM campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality are met.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks including campaign setup, coordination and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and provide analysis on performance to internal stakeholders.
- Manage ad hoc requests related to campaign performance and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Assist in customer data segmentation and targeting to improve campaign relevance.
- Ensure proper documentation and updates of campaign activities for team visibility.
- Escalate issues and provide timely updates to the manager / department head when required.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldExperience in marketing, campaign management or analytics is an advantageStrong skills in Excel / PowerPointGood coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionExecute campaigns accurately and on timeAnalyse & report on performance with clear insightsCoordinate & communicate effectively with stakeholdersWhat’s Next ?
