Head of Human Resources – Malaysia

We are delighted to be partnering with an international MNC in their search for a Head of HR to oversee their Kuala Lumpur people function.

This individual will lead the HR strategy, advisory and HR operations locally, reporting to the Regional HR Leader and acting as a trusted advisor the Leadership team. You will be supported by a relatively lean team of HR generalists and specialists whilst being able to leverage resources from regional headquarters.

Alongside the BAU annual HR processes that this individual will lead, you will play a key part in the leadership team for a key office regionally with projected growth plans. Priorities for the office right now include Talent Attraction and Retention, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Leadership Development.

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous HR Generalist, based in Malaysia, with excellent stakeholder engagement experience and strategic knowledge. You will have a consultative and engaging personality and be able to influence and partner with the leadership team.
