Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred

Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative supportManage company utility bills and ensure timely paymentsHandle procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and pantry items to ensure smooth operationsOrganize and coordinate festive office decorations and activities to foster a positive workplace environmentCarry out ad hoc tasks assigned by management, such as event coordination, document preparation, and schedulingHuman Resources Responsibilities :
Oversee HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance managementLead the recruitment process : job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviewsManage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitionsAddress disciplinary and payroll matters in accordance with company policiesEnsure compliance and liaise with government bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDNAccurately manage employee payroll data, including bonuses, leave, overtime, and claimsMaintain and organize HR documents, prepare employment letters, and related paperworkRespond promptly to employee HR inquiriesPrepare employees’ annual EA formsDevelop and improve HR policies to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiencyBenefits
