Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with customers to understand and fulfill their specific requirements efficiently.
- Responsible for managing and preparing all necessary documentation related to shipments.
- Oversee daily shipment coordination and planning to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor customer support activities and maintain effective communication to ensure service satisfaction.
Requirements :
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.Good communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Reasonable understanding of customs clearance procedure and international logistics requirements.Able to work independently, strong work commitment, good team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
