Base pay range

Job Responsibility

• Able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently.
• Prepare accounting documentation including invoices, payment vouchers, journal vouchers, debit / credit note, A / P, A / R, etc.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts for audit.
• Manage statutory payments to EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF.
• To handle HR matters (payroll, staff attendance, EA forms preparation, leave / medical or other claims).
• Liaise with Sales Team, Promo Team, Warehouse Admin to coordinate on accounting related matters (e.g. stock issue).
• To handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
