AI & Robotics Technical Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities

Assemble, install, and maintain robotics hardware (service robots, cleaning robots, delivery robots, etc.).
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical / electrical issues in robotic systems
Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and hardware testing
Support on-site deployment, demonstrations, and customer training
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including : service & maintenance reports, installation / configuration records, troubleshooting guides & manuals
Collaborate with software / AI team for basic system updates and integration
Ensure safety and reliability of deployed robotics solutions

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical / Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

Practical experience in robotics hardware, electronics, or mechanical systems

Comfortable with wiring, assembly, sensors, actuators, and batteries

Skilled in preparing technical documents, reports, and manuals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills for customer interaction

Willingness to travel for installations, training, and on-site support

Preferred (Not Mandatory) : Basic knowledge of ROS / ROS2 or IoT systems

Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360)

Experience with simple system / firmware setup
