Job Responsibilities
Communicate with the clients to gather requirements, data, or objectives and coordinate with internal teams to execute projects. Provide supporting role in preparing and reviewing project proposals, reports, meeting minutes or other documentations related to projects. Provide ad-hoc assistance to other colleagues or clients as needed to maintain or improve overall project performance and efficiency. Ensure standards and requirements of projects are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Provide cross-analysis of the results of project and marketing campaign. Job Requirements
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin. 0â2 years of experience in a relevant role. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or equivalent. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. With any IT related experience or skill will be an advantage. Good command of interpersonal and communication skill. Willing to learn and passionate about Customer Servicing and IT. Candidate with more management experience may be consider Manager role. Working with different team from different skill sectors, national and culture. Job Benefits
