Operations Coordinator cum Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our growing team at Tatsuno Engineering & Service Malaysia Sdn Bhd. This role will be based in our Seri Kembangan, Selangor office and essential in providing coordination, operational support and front-desk support to ensure smooth daily operations within the company.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and contractors.
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as needed
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Ensure the reception & office area is tidy, professional, and welcoming.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in compliance with security protocols.
• Handle mail distribution and courier services (inward / outward).
• Performing data entry, maintain accurate billing & filing systems for operational and project-related included documents (hardcopy and digital).
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as required.
• Liaise with customer & vendors and coordinate deliveries.
• Any other ad hoc assigned by superior.
