Duties & Responsibilities
- Workplace Coordination : Serve as the point of contact for workplace-related inquiries and requests and assist in planning and executing workplace events to enhance the colleague’s experience.
- Workplace Coordination : Serve as the primary liaison between the business and Worq.
- Workplace Coordination : Monitor Worq’s service delivery and performance.
- Workplace Coordination : Manage any service requests outside Worq’s scope.
- Workplace Coordination : Coordinate security services, which the business has confirmed will be engaged under JLL.
- Workplace Coordination : Front house services including managing access card and CCTV
- Event Preparation and Setup : Plan and coordinate workplace events such as meetings, workshops, and celebrations, collaborate with teams to understand event requirements, and manage the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
- Business Card and Parking Requests : Manage requests for business cards and seasonal parking, ensuring timely fulfillment and coordination with relevant departments.
- Documentation and Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records related to facility management, including contracts, and maintenance logs, ensure documentation is organized and accessible, and prepare vendor service agreements.
- Other tasks : Site operations management. Assist workplace facility management team with tactical planning for the teams’ goals and objectives.
- Other tasks : Preparing the Daily / Weekly and Monthly reports as directed
- Other tasks : Taking facility rounds, floor inspection and raising Corrigo tickets for the same.
- Other tasks : Follow up and close the Corrigo tickets logged as per SLA, effectively manage ground team to ensure an on time deliverable system.
- Other tasks : Support the Assistant Workplace Manager in all administrative functions, security issues and Workplace services and any other administrative functions deemed by Client.
- Other tasks : Communicate to the Assistant Workplace Manager all incidents’ issues and pending problems.
- Other tasks : Identify issues at workplace and initiate immediate rectification actions.
- Other tasks : Involve in Vendor staff Training & Development.
- Other tasks : Vendor grooming and real time monitoring of services and periodic reviews and maintain performance evaluation on monthly basis.
