Job description

Responsibilities

Handle customersâ enquiries
Prepare and generate sales orders
Responsible for collection on all sales transacted
Handling customer complaint
Participate on bi-yearly stock-take
To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by his / her superior from time to time

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM.

At least 1 year experience in customer service or sales coordinator

Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, as we have many Mandarin speaking customers

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Prefer candidate that has own transport
