This full-time position is based in Alor Setar, Kedah, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and training activities
- Manage employee records and leave administration
- Provide general administrative support to the office and office supplies
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
- Handle monthly payroll processing (JIBBLE & PAYROLLPANDA), including statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDcorp), annual Form E & Form EA preparation, and Form 22 submission to local authorities.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and probation review tracking
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
- Plan, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and assist in organizing company events
- Able to advise on HR related matters in accordance to company needs
Requirements :
Minimum Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or related fieldAt least 2-year experience in Admin / HRGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeOrganized, detail-oriented and able to multitaskAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesGood communication skills in Bahasa Melayu & English (written & spoken)Able to work immediatelyFamiliarity in payrollpanda & jibble will be an added advantageBe careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
