Overview

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. You will play a key role in driving HR strategy, overseeing HR operations, and aligning people management with business goals. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Manage HR budgeting, labor standards, and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and retention programs.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Provide leadership in employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, compensation practices, and company regulations.
• Lead performance management, salary review programs, and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to improve productivity, service standards, and customer experience.
• Represent the company in HR-related audits, disputes, or external negotiations.
• Drive HR digitalization, data reporting, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
