Customer Service Executive - Mandarin & Cantonese Speaker

Job Overview :

As a Customer Service Executive , you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product / service information. This is an exciting opportunity for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers to build a rewarding career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and product / service issues.
• Provide accurate information to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with your team to meet KPIs and SLA targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Fluency in Mandarin and / or Cantonese (verbal and written).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .

Previous customer service experience in the service industry is a plus.

Must be willing to work on rotational shifts .
