Overview
Sales Manager and Business Development Manager role in Asia Pacific at Siemens Energy. You will drive sales and business development initiatives across the region, engage with customers, close sales deals, and collaborate with multinational peers to achieve business goals. You will maintain a strong connection with the Naroda factory to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders and customers, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Drive business growth by demonstrating market insights, customer feedback, and innovative approaches.
- Work closely with the Naroda factory to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery to customers.
- Develop and implement business development plans that align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational environment.Proven track record of closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets in diverse markets.Experience working with multinational peers and in diverse cultural environments, demonstrating strong intercultural communication skills.Skills
