Employee Communications Champion internal initiatives that connect employees to our mission, values, and strategic goals. Create & Manage Content Develop compelling stories and manage content for our internal communication platforms to deliver impactful collateral that informs and inspires. Brand & Design Compliance Uphold B. Braun’s brand identity across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and quality. CSR Activities Support on-going CSR initiatives organised by the company. Drive Operational Excellence Coordinate and manage department operational requirements including budgeting and procurement. What you will bring to the team

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications or content management roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital content tools, including digital signage platforms. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. What sets B. Braun apart?
