ABOUT THE JOB
To formulate, lead, manage and operate all operation and maintenance activities data center infra towards achieving best practices and operational excellence in order to provide timely service fulfilment and effective service assurance in meeting customer needs and expectation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading DC and IT operation. Reporting to Operation Lead
- Supervises incident management, change management, problem management, and network optimization projects.
- Customer communications; primary interface for all customer issues
- Project manages implementation and optimization projects.
- Leads Customer Service Reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Operational ITIL analysis and reporting (trend, performance, availability, and capacity management)
- Generates reports (SLA and operations)
- Leads senior-level technical teams
- Supervises Customer and Vital-internal processes
- Promote ITIL best practices within the Support team.
YOU MUST HAVE
Degree in electrical engineering / communication engineering / computer engineering or information technology or equivalent3 - 5 Years of experience in Data Center infra technology (advantage with experience in engineering field works or ICT technology).WE VALUE
