Role Overview :
As an Associate or Senior Associate, Key Accounts, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting business growth. You will assist in maintaining key client accounts, coordinating internal teams, and delivering seamless operational support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Assistant Manager in executing account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and operational requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Operations) to ensure the timely delivery of services.
- Maintain and update account records, tracking key interactions, client feedback, and service performance.
- Assist in preparing reports, business proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business potential within existing accounts.
- Participate in business reviews and client meetings to understand evolving needs and expectations.
