In this role you will be part of the APAC Logistics & Distribution team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on-site. The team is responsible for Rasiing PO, PRFs, checking L&D related invoices, and automating the process. You will report to the Sr, Manager Logistics & Distribution APAC region. Responsibilities Develop a mechanism for 100% bill checking with accuracy and ensure all soft copies are stored. Coordinate with various vendors; ensure that vendor invoices are submitted in a timely manner. Check bills are raised as per contract & correct tax is levied. Ensure all PO & PRF are raised as per country-specific requirements and followed through the approval process. Demonstrate flexibility to meet business requirements and deadlines; identify areas for improvement & automation. Efficiently manage tasks and priorities; maintain professionalism in all communications. Actively participate in team activities and meetings & operations. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Degree from a university of repute with good command of spoken & written English. 4 – 5 years of experience in a similar job profile. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Oracle. Analytical skills including the ability to collect and analyze data.
