Key Responsibilities

• Event Setup : Configure and update events on the app daily.
• User Support : Assist with common user inquiries and provide basic support.
• Data Tracking : Monitor and collect operational data; generate basic reports.
• Activity Coordination : Help organize and execute platform activities, including promotions.
• Marketing Support : Assist with basic marketing tasks, such as preparing content for promotions or supporting social media initiatives.
• Team Support : Assist with other operational tasks as needed and coordinate with different departments.
