Job descriptionMinimum SPM / Diploma dalam mana-mana bidang Pengalaman dalam bidang pemulihan kredit / khidmat pelanggan / jualan merupakan satu kelebihan, tetapi latihan akan diberikan kepada calon tanpa pengalaman Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris Berkebolehan berunding dan menangani pelanggan dengan sabar serta profesional Mempunyai sikap positif, berdisiplin, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan serta mencapai sasaran Celik komputer dan boleh menggunakan aplikasi asas seperti Microsoft Office & sistem pemantauan pelanggan Gaji pokok Komisen yang tinggi, menarik dan tanpa had Harian / Bulanan / Insentif Berpasukan Bonus Berdasarkan Prestasi Part time positions available
Job Responsibilities
- Bertanggungjawab untuk memaksimumkan kutipan hutang melalui tindakan kutipan yang berkesan dan kos yang minimum
- Hubungi penghutang seperti yang ditugaskan oleh Ketua / Pengurus untuk mendapatkan bayaran tertunggak melalui panggilan telefon, sms, notis dan semua kaedah kutipan lain yang diluluskan oleh syarikat
- Merekod semua maklumat yang diperolehi ke dalam sistem dan memastikan status akaun sentiasa dikemas kini
- Mematuhi semua peraturan syarikat, pematuhan, tatakelakuan termasuk menjaga kerahsiaan rekod pelanggan
