Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies.
- Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Properly wash and store all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Basic cooking knowledge in Western and Asian cuisines.Willing to learn and passionate about food.Must be a teamwork personality and serious in work.Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly.Excellent self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Knowledge of sanitation regulations.Benefits
