Job description

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customer business primarily on security related areas
Support security product / solution including firewall, VPN, Web / Email, security, DLP, Endpoint Security, backup / disaster recovery, and etc
Perform POC which include gather user requirement, implementation and presentation
Provide Security related deployment and implementation projects
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Network and Security, or equivalent is an added advantage

Good level of communication, team work

Possesses a drive to succeed, highly motivated, self-driven and able to work independently.

Security or Network certification would be an advantage.
