Global slow juicer brand from Korea is looking for a Hurom Malaysia Digital Marketing Specialist . Malaysia will be the Head of South East Asia market, so Hurom Malaysia invites Marketing specialist.
Hurom has developed slow juicers for more than 50 years and is a world leader in this category, with know‑how and patents related to slow juicers.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary driver of our digital presence, running campaigns on a range of digital platforms and social networks.
- Set up the yearly marketing plan and evaluate achievement.
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales with the marketing team and agencies.
- Translate sales and product ideas into compelling creative assets that drive engagement and conversions.
- Lead digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, Social media, Google Ads, YouTube ads, Meta, TikTok, email, paid ads, and ecommerce campaigns; telemarketing where applicable.
- Knowledge of brand ecommerce (Shopify) and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada).
- Take full ownership and responsibility for brand growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high‑quality visuals, videos, brochures, and presentations.
- Monitor analytics to measure campaign and product performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and materials.
- Develop and apply technical skills in digital marketing tools, CRM, analytics, ecommerce platforms, CMS, and marketing automation.
- Communicate effectively and lead cross‑departmental collaboration; manage vendors / agencies and coordinate with other brands.
- Demonstrate data‑driven decision making with KPI tracking and reporting; problem‑solving and strategic execution.
- Foster creativity and innovation in content creation and stay informed about latest digital marketing trends.
- Adopt a customer‑centric approach focusing on engagement and experience.
- Analyze website user data to inform personalization, conduct A / B testing, and oversee PR initiatives to build and protect brand reputation.
- Show copywriting capability for diverse marketing channels; track and report campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, etc.).
- Lead development of comprehensive ecommerce strategies focusing on website optimization, CRO, UX improvements, and digital advertising.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Proven experience in digital advertising with focus on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa (written and spoken).Good presentation and communication skills are an advantage.Phone allowance or phone provided; laptop provided.Experience in consumer goods is advantageous.At least 3 years of relevant experience.Working Hour
