The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, preparing marketing materials, managing digital content, and assisting in event organization.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaigns & Coordination : Assist in executing marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives; coordinate with sales and service teams to support promotional activities and events; work with creative and media agencies to produce marketing materials, advertisements, and content; track and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and brand consistency.
- Digital Marketing & Content Management : Manage social media platforms, company website, and online listings; prepare and publish engaging digital content, including posts, videos, and newsletters; support photo editing, video production, and content layout using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools; monitor online engagement and provide insights for improvement.
- Branding & Communication : Ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with corporate brand guidelines; support the creation of brochures, presentations, and product information sheets; assist in preparing press releases, announcements, and internal communication materials.
- Event & Promotion Management : Organize and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and customer events; liaise with vendors and suppliers for event setup and logistics; prepare post-event reports and data analysis for management review.
- Reporting & Administration : Maintain marketing budgets, quotations, and records; provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in marketing or related areas.Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.Marketing and brand awareness; Digital content creation and coordination; Communication and teamwork; Time management and analytical thinking.#J-18808-Ljbffr
