About the role
PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team in Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram. This full-time position will be responsible for supporting overall accounting operations of the company while maintaining accurate financial records.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare full set of accounts, financial reports, AP / AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Perform financial analysis for management decision.
- Handle monthly inventory closing, product costing, and financial performance review.
- Prepare and submit e-invoice documentation in line with regulations.
- Handle corporate tax schedules, GST / VAT, withholding tax, and liaise with external tax agents.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in group consolidation worksheets, schedules and notes.
- Prepare and submit monthly / yearly statutory and industry reports.
- Support stock take, fixed asset tagging, system implementations, policy updates, process improvements, and other ad hoc requests or projects as assigned by superior.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance related fields.1–3 years of working experience in the related field.Able to handle full sets of accounts and meet dateline.Proficient in MS Office & accounting systems preferably Autocount.Good command of English & BM.Advantage : experience in financial reporting & accounting software smart features.Familiar with AI tools that support group accounting processes and financial analysis.Strong communication & coordination skills.High integrity & professionalism.Join Us
