Accounts Executive

About the role

PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team in Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram. This full-time position will be responsible for supporting overall accounting operations of the company while maintaining accurate financial records.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare full set of accounts, financial reports, AP / AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform financial analysis for management decision.
• Handle monthly inventory closing, product costing, and financial performance review.
• Prepare and submit e-invoice documentation in line with regulations.
• Handle corporate tax schedules, GST / VAT, withholding tax, and liaise with external tax agents.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in group consolidation worksheets, schedules and notes.
• Prepare and submit monthly / yearly statutory and industry reports.
• Support stock take, fixed asset tagging, system implementations, policy updates, process improvements, and other ad hoc requests or projects as assigned by superior.
