Operations Lead in Group and Digital Affinity Life Insurance channel department is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales channel, ensuring smooth policy processing, compliance with regulations, efficient agent support, and maximizing productivity by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) while implementing process improvements to optimize sales and customer experience within the designated channel.

Key roles and responsibilities include :

• Manage the entire life cycle of policy processing within the channel including lead generation, application submission, underwriting, policy issuance and premium collection.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of operational systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Analyse key performance metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, customer retention and agent productivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop channel-specific sales strategies and operational plans aligned with overall company objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities within the channel and implement initiatives to capture new business.
• Provide ongoing training and support to agents on sales processes, product knowledge, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Manage agent performance through coaching, feedback, and incentive programs.
• Recruit and onboard new agents within the channel to maintain optimal sales force size.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to sales practices, customer information, and policy administration within the channel.
• Generate regular reports on channel performance including sales trends, agent productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
