Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee a team of Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) supporting the Canada Market for QuickBooks and PTG SaaS. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sales background, excellent people management skills, and the ability to drive performance in a high-paced outbound and inbound sales environment. This role requires balancing coaching, operational management, and strategic execution to ensure the team consistently meets revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) to exceed acquisition, retention, and revenue growth targets.
- Drive daily sales performance through effective pipeline management, call coaching, and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align with go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks SaaS.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion, retention, expansion, customer satisfaction) and implement action plans to address gaps.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, calibrations, and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting performance, including staffing, process gaps, or client escalations.
- Analyze sales trends, forecast team performance, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and ethical standards.
- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, motivation, and team collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.3–5 years of experience in sales leadership / operations within SaaS, B2B, or tech sales (Canada or North America market experience preferred).Proven success in leading a sales team to achieve quota, revenue, and retention targets.Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle, and sales methodologies.Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a night shift schedule and manage a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Job Details
