Perform daily post disbursement functions in a timely manner and in accordance to the Bank's policies, guidelines and procedures

ccountabilities

Register documents received from disbursement unit and AFCs and ensure that the documents are complete and within agreed stipulated time Ensure the Stamping of Agreements are within the stipulated time frame Prepare and send out agreements within the stipulated time frame Scan documents and ensure that they are clear and readable Update post disbursement information in LOS and end the workflow Perform data entries / information updates in accordance to A.C.T Perform second call to Hirer within 2 weeks after sending out agreement Prepare, register and file security documents in a timely manner Attend to returned mail Ensure that SLA / TAT is met Prepare and submit reports to Head Office in a timely manner Keep abreast with the latest and applicable Bank and regulatory policies, guidelines, manuals and circulars and ensure that they are compiled at all times e.g. the Bank's Code of Ethics, BNM Responsible Financing Guidelines, BNM Product Transparency and Disclosure Guidelines, BNM Prohibited Business Conduct Guidelines, Financial Services Act / Islamic Financial Services Act 2013, Hire Purchase Act 1967, Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001etc. Assist in Disbursement functions as and when required. Ensure that data integrity and workflow / process requirements are met Undertake any other job functions as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
