Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Control Executive at J&T Cargo (Northern Region). The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality logistics and cargo services. Responsibilities include monitoring, evaluating, and improving operational standards across branches, analyzing quality-related data, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and service quality benchmarks.
- Monitor the sorting system and operation site in real-time to detect abnormal situations of goods (such as damage, misdelivery, shortage, delay, etc)
- Communicate abnormal situations with customer service or relevant departments, ensuring prompt reporting to customers or superiors, and assist in handling customer complaints and feedback
- For dangerous goods or special goods, strictly follow safety regulations during operation
- Assist the distribution supervisor or region in handling abnormal order types, quantities, reasons, and handling results
- Responsible to the headquarters operation management center
