Job descriptionAssist in building and organizing the live room / office space from scratch. Ensure all live streaming equipment and tools are functioning well. Manage and ensure the functionality of office infrastructure. Manage and schedule live hosting sessions. Coordinate and motivate live host team members, especially those with lower performance. Develop creative strategies to increase engagement and boost sales. Create, plan and manage content especially on platforms like TikTok and Shopee. Monitor attendance and performance of team members. Provide encouragement, motivation and skills enhancement guidance for underperforming team members. Communicate effectively with HQ regarding requirements, feedback, and service matters. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and alignment with company goals. Ensure the overall office environment is well-managed. Oversee equipment, furniture, and live room setup to ensure functionality and readiness. Address and resolve minor operational issues promptly to maintain smooth daily operations.
We are looking for a L ivestream Operation who is passionate, proactive, and versatile to support our fast-paced and growing team. This role is a hybrid of marketing, operations, and team support, with a strong focus on data analytics, content management, and workspace coordination.
