The Senior Sales Manager will drive TAXIECO’s regional growth by developing and managing enterprise sales strategies for smart mobility solutions across key Asian markets. This role focuses on B2B business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation—including IoT hardware, AI-driven platforms, and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) offerings—across target sectors such as fleet operators, transportation authorities, and urban infrastructure partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition of high-value enterprise customers in the mobility, transport, and fleet management sectors throughout Asia, with initial focus markets including Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional targets, working directly with C-level executives and government decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across IoT fleet hardware (T-Box), telematics, FMS / TMS, and MaaS solutions, leveraging TAXIECO’s AI and spatial data capabilities.
- Identify, engage, and close complex sales cycles with new and existing B2B clients, including public sector agencies, taxi / fleet operators, and strategic channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to tailor solutions toward client requirements and ESG / Smart City mandates.
- Represent TAXIECO at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand presence and generate new leads in alignment with the company’s sustainability and innovation positioning.
- Support growth initiatives through regional partnerships and cross-border joint ventures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.At least 7 years of B2B sales experience in IoT, telematics, SaaS, or enterprise mobility solutions; proven track record of closing multi-year, high-value technology deals.Experience working with public sector clients, transport authorities, or large fleet operators is highly preferred.Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability drivers, and the evolving requirements for Smart City deployments.Demonstrated ability in lead generation, pipeline management, and complex solution selling.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Chinese.Ability to travel regionally as required.What TAXIECO Offers
