Senior Procurement Executive / Procurement Executive

Research and identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with Site Team and Contracts Team (QS) on purchases and issue purchase orders based on purchasing requests.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.

Yearly supplier performance review.

Keep track of inventory levels, monitor stock, and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to the Finance Department.

To perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.

Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement or purchasing.

Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage for this position.

Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantagefor this position.

Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & SQL Software.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.
