Procurement Senior Executive (2-year Contract)

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Senior Executive, Procurement (2-year Contract).

The Procurement Senior Executive assists in procurement functions during our ERP transition, maintaining procurement operations, ensuring data accuracy, supporting system migration activities, and minimizing business disruption during the transition.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the cleansing, validation, and migration of procurement master data (vendors, materials, pricing, etc.) during the transition period.
• Participate in system testing (UAT) and provide feedback on procurement workflows and configurations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation during the transition phase.
• Support the preparation of transition-related reports, including open POs, order status, and spend analysis.
• Identify and report system or process issues to the transition team for resolution.
• Communicate changes or impacts due to the system transition as necessary.
• Provide practical input on optimizing procurement workflows and documentation in the new S / 4Hana system.
• Share observations and suggest enhancements to improve procurement efficiency post-go-live.
• Provide support in other areas of procurement and assist in ad-hoc projects as and when required.
