Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Manager to support the development, positioning, and optimization of our products. The Product Manager will serve as the subject matter expert, providing insights on product performance, customer needs, and market trends. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Operations, R&D and IT teams to ensure the product meets market demands and drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product research process, leveraging macro trends, competitor benchmarks, and customer insights to define product direction and priorities.
- Act as the product subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of features, benefits, and performance across customer segments.
- Define and execute product strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and IT.
- Translate customer and market insights into product roadmaps, positioning, and value propositions.
- Partner with R&D and operations to drive continuous improvements based on data, usage patterns, and customer feedback.
- Manage core product decisions including features, pricing approaches, distribution strategies, and customer experience.
- Track product performance through KPIs and dashboards, recommending iterations based on measurable results.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with product materials (sales decks, FAQs, user guides, demos, training).
- Champion customer growth and retention by identifying opportunities for feature enhancements, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Drive continuous product improvements by analyzing usage patterns, customer feedback, and performance metrics in collaboration with R&D and operations.
- Manage the entire marketing mix (4Ps) by working closely with relevant teams to refine product, pricing strategies, distribution channels (place), and promotional tactics (traditional, digital, PR, and sales promotions).
- Monitor product and campaign performance through dashboards and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and recommending course corrections based on measurable results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, and / or technical sales (fintech, SaaS, or tech sector preferred).Familiarity with agile product development or scrum methodologies.Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, customer journey, and GTM strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving resultsFamiliarity with agile methodologies, product analytics tools, and customer research practices.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Fintech, banking industry.Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Meta Business Suite, and etc.
