Sales Associate

Overview

Aim to achieve sales targets and strengthen customer relationships by delivering a remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

Attend to sales enquiries, walk-ins and web registrations, and follow up with potential customers to convert sales. Participate in weekend duty at the Sales Gallery as well as at project sites, property launches, or exhibitions. Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period. Assist purchasers in obtaining end financing and arrange for necessary documents to be executed by purchasers with the Group’s panel lawyers. Prepare sales reports to be submitted to immediate superior on a weekly basis. Brand ambassador for the company. Dedicated key contact person for assigned customers. Build positive and productive relationships with customers for business growth. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Minimum Certificate / Diploma in related field. Good communication and sales skills.
