Job Overview

Deliver operational support and perform network health checks on the IP / MPLS network, ensuring stability and reliability, while resolving escalations from 1st-level support to maintain customer satisfaction.

Work Life

• Ensure high availability of TIME's IP / MPLS network by leading preventive maintenance, spare management, and vendor performance evaluations.
• Deliver Level 3 technical support, resolving complex network issues and coordinating fault restoration with internal teams and vendors.
• Improve service quality through performance audits, KPI tracking, and proactive mitigation planning.
• Support new technologies and IP-based solutions, driving network optimization and service enhancements.
• Provide advanced training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen internal technical expertise.
• Oversee CAPEX / OPEX for IP equipment and managed network acceptance reports to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Act as 24 / 7 on-call escalation point, ensuring minimal downtime and quick service recovery.
