Responsibilities
- Project Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the project resources planning with department heads and project managers.
- Plan and manage the recruitment of suitable project resources on Project Contract basis as dictated by each project organization ramp up plan.
- Liaise with OBU’s panel of 3rd party manpower suppliers to identify suitable candidates for project requirements.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages for the project and agencies personnel.
- Manage recruitment activities with the support from 3rd party agencies.
- Support the new hire on boarding into the project and provide support and point of contact for them.
- Maintain ongoing communication with 3rd party manpower suppliers regarding candidates, services supplied etc.
- Support on project staff demobilization and offboarding activities.
- Provide project recruitment guidelines and procedures in compliance with HSE.
- Usage of SAP system and EPROC system to release vendors purchase orders.
- Global Mobility
- Managing Project Global mobility and immigration management for relocation of project staff, business trips and vendor inspections.
- Mobilization, demobilization of project staff to / from work location.
- Development
- Facilitate the identification of development needs and interventions / programs and coordinate the implementation of appropriate training and development for project staff in line with OBU approved training programme.
- Career & Performance Management
- Facilitate and partner with Project Management Team on project staff on career and performance management.
- Facilitate and manage the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) for OBU project staff.
- Employee Engagement
- Act as the Focal Point for OBU project staff engagement, particularly on HR policy communication and implementation, managing conflicts, responding to staff queries and complaints to ensure a harmonious working environment.
Job requirements
Experience
At least 10- 12 years of relevant working experience with minimum 3 years working experience at a managerial level.Project experience in major Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.Seniority level
