Head of Talent Acquisition - Southeast Asia
We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent strategy across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year SEA TA strategy to support aggressive expansion (200-500 new stores / projects annually).
- Build fully compliant, localized end-to-end recruiting processes across Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, etc.
- Personally lead C‑1 / C‑2 level executive searches and critical digital / supply‑chain / retail operations hires; maintain SEA senior talent map and premium headhunter network.
- Lead the regional TA team and continuously optimize multi‑channel ROI (campus, social media, RPO, TikTok, etc.).
- Stay ahead of work‑pass and labor law changes; partner with business and support functions to solve complex cross‑border hiring challenges.
Requirements
8+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years managing recruitment for MNCs in Southeast Asia (deep experience in ≥3 markets : Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia highly preferred).Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas education or long‑term SEA experience is a plus.Native‑level fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory ; additional Vietnamese / Thai / Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.Expert executive search & data‑driven recruitment skills with acute sensitivity to local compliance.High resilience, willing to travel 2–3 weeks per month across SEA, established reputation and rich talent network in FMCG / retail / franchise sectors.Seniority level
