Senior / Process Engineer

About Us HaloVega Solar is a fast-growing solar cell manufacturing startup located in Perai, Penang. We are expanding our operations and seeking talented Process Engineers and Senior Process Engineers to support our plant ramp-up. You will play a key role in monitoring process performance, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvement in yield, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Production and Process teams to improve daily operations and line stability.
• Monitor key process parameters and troubleshoot any deviations promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze process data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Train production staff on standard procedures and operating guidelines.
• Guide and support junior engineers and technicians to ensure smooth production flow.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality control documentation.
• Senior Engineers will lead improvement projects, provide technical direction, and mentor junior team members.
