Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Global Total Rewards Director. You will be in a hands-on manager role, responsible for driving all activities to deliver a comprehensive global total rewards strategy inclusive of compensation (cash and equity), benefits, talent management programs and tools across Enovix. You will be part of a global HR team to define and build infrastructure to support our growth. This role reports to the CHRO with an opportunity to lead a small team in the future.
Responsibilities
- Manage benefits and non-executive compensation programs globally
- Manage compensation structures including salary and equity ranges, bonus / incentive plans, employee recognition programs and other non-executive compensation programs; ensure programs are fair, equitable, competitive and aligned with corporate strategy and business goals
- Develop and manage compensation analysis tools
- Plan, implement, and execute the annual performance and compensation review process
- Understand competitive compensation trends and best practices; provide survey inputs into a global rewards benchmarking platform
- Own and drive the global benefits strategy; collaborate with local HR operations teams to administer benefits programs and optimize resource use
- Manage relationships with brokers, vendors, and other external partners
- Drive communication strategies to educate and inform employees about total rewards
- Own total rewards analytics, present data, findings, and recommendations to the executive team
- Act as a Business Owner for Workday modules including Advanced Compensation
- Align total rewards initiatives with business goals and growth plans

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Math, Computer Science, or related field15+ years of progressive HR experience, with 7+ years in Total Rewards (compensation, benefits) in global organizationsGeneral expertise in the HR body of knowledgeAdvanced user of HR systems; Workday experience including implementation is a plusAdvanced knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel, Power BI, Get and Transform / Power Query, Lists and SharePoint)Knowledge of country-specific regulatory and legislative landscape impacting total rewardsExperience managing total rewards for global employersStrong business acumen, analytical and qualitative skills; excellent problem-solving and customer focusExcellent communication and teamwork; thrives in a fast-paced environmentSolid strategic planning and operational implementation skillsGrowth mindset and willingness to tackle new tasks and responsibilitiesDetails
