Senior Account Executive

Client Portfolio Management : Oversee a range of clients, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions using Cloud Accounting Software.

Financial Reporting : Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, AR Aging, AP Aging, and other related reports.

Process Automation : Leverage your tech-savvy skills to automate processes using the latest cloud software integrations.

Client Communication : Engage with clients to gather necessary supporting documents and financial data, ensuring smooth operations.

Compliance Support : Collaborate with auditors and tax agents on an annual basis to ensure regulatory compliance.

Tech Enthusiast : Someone who embraces new technologies and is comfortable working with cloud-based accounting systems.

Multilingual Communicator : Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is highly valued to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Mandarin-speaking candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
