Senior Account Executive

Handle full set accounts and audits for few subsidiaries & dormant companies including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end / year-end closing.

Maintain and update sales records monthly.

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Ensure familiarity with e-invoice procedures and implementation.

Manage SST submissions in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Calculate and compile monthly closing sales reports by designated categories

Monitor company cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.

2. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

Analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience handling full set accounts and audits, ideally for multiple companies.

Familiarity with payment processing, cash flow management, and handling financial transactions.

Able to work independently, strong communication skills to liaise with various departments, and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

High level of accuracy in processing financial data and preparing reports.
