Your Job Responsibility
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain operational data across internal systems and Excel spreadsheets in accordance with company standards
- Ensure timely and precise data transfer from multiple sources, including system-generated reports and manual records
- Perform regular data validation checks to identify discrepancies and support data accuracy initiatives
- Assist in generating standard operational and performance reports using Microsoft Excel
- Support documentation efforts related to data processes, ensuring consistency with internal reporting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Finance, and Logistics—to address data-related requirements and support business operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and process large volumes of data accuratelyProficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and formatting; additional Excel skills are an advantage)Good numerical sense and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and correct data discrepanciesBenefits
