Mystep Trainee (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities include :

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for reports and dashboards within Crystal Report or Seed Report in the Quantum System.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create new reports, enhance existing reports, and improve data format and information delivery through automation.
• Manage Quantum’s new reporting and enhancements, system / reporting issues, defects, and initiate testing for all new and enhanced reports required by business users.
• Organize training and provide support to end users on using Seed Report in the Quantum System.
• Assist in troubleshooting data integration and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with Treasury & Investments, Market Risk, and Finance teams to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements related to treasury operations or new instrument establishment.
• Facilitate development, system testing (SIT & UAT), and gather new business requirements.
• Work with business end‑user teams to gather customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the KYC process for new or existing counterparties.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors under Group Treasury & Investments during system development, integration testing, enhancements, and external system support.
